Every fee, as a plain number.
Our fee is between 1% and 2%, set by the payout and shown on your order before you send. Western Union and MoneyGram add their transfer cost, and a first virtual Visa a $10 issuing fee, each on its own line. Nothing hidden in the rate and no account fees.

Three fee levels
Only the payout sets the fee
Your country, your coin and the size of your order don't change our percentage. Pick a payout and it is fixed. Western Union and MoneyGram add their own transfer cost, from $5 to at most $64.
The lowest: banks and phone credit
SEPA, ACH, Wise, Chime, Revolut, Monzo, N26 and mobile top-up.
Wallets, gift cards and cash
PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Skrill, Neteller, Payoneer, gift cards, Paysafecard, Western Union and MoneyGram. Western Union and MoneyGram add their transfer cost: 1% of the payout for each $1,000 or part of it, never less than $5 or more than $64.
The virtual Visa
Any load from $100 to $5,000, plus a $10 issuing fee on your first card.
What you pay
What's in the price, and what isn't
You pay us one fee, and your order shows it before you send. We don't add a margin to the exchange rate, so the rate on your order is the rate you get.
Moving crypto always costs a network fee, paid to the blockchain rather than to us. Your coin decides it: a fraction of a cent on Solana and XRP, about $2 to $4 for USDT on Tron, and more on Bitcoin and Ethereum when they're busy.
Some payout providers charge on their own side, for example to move a PayPal or Payoneer balance to a bank. Each payout page explains those. Western Union and MoneyGram's transfer cost is different: it is added to your order and shown as its own line in your quote.

Network costs
Your coin can cost more than our fee
On a $100 cashout, the network cost runs from a few cents to a few dollars. Here's what each accepted network usually costs.
Network costs move with demand. These are typical, not fixed.
Pay less
Four ways to keep more of your money
Pick the right coin
Solana and XRP cost a fraction of a cent to send. USDT on Tron costs about $2 to $4 and holds its dollar value while it confirms.
Choose a 1% payout when it suits you
Bank transfers and phone credit cost 1%, less than wallets and gift cards at 1.5% or the virtual card at 2%.
Send fewer, larger orders
Network costs and provider withdrawal fees are charged per transaction.
Skip Bitcoin ATMs
Once their fee and rate markup are added together, they often cost 10% to 20% or more. Our own fee is 2% at most; only Western Union and MoneyGram add a transfer cost on top.
Questions
Fee questions, answered
Every step is on how it works, and every payout's limit on limits. Everything else is in the FAQ.
How much does Zilligo charge?
Between 1% and 2%, set by the payout: 1% for bank transfers and phone credit, 1.5% for wallets, gift cards and cash pickup, 2% for the virtual Visa. A first virtual Visa adds a $10 issuing fee, and Western Union and MoneyGram add their own transfer cost, each shown on its own line before you send.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Your order shows every fee before you send, including Western Union or MoneyGram's transfer cost and a first card's issuing fee, and there's no spread in the rate. The only other cost is your coin's network fee, which goes to the blockchain, not to us.
What is the network fee?
A small charge paid to the blockchain to move your coins. It depends on the coin: a fraction of a cent on Solana or XRP, a few cents on BNB, about $2 to $4 for USDT on Tron, and more on Bitcoin and Ethereum when they're busy.
Do payout providers charge too?
Sometimes, on their side. PayPal or Payoneer may charge to move money to a bank, and Venmo business profiles pay a fee to receive. They set those, not us. Western Union and MoneyGram's transfer cost is the one we add to your order: 1% of the payout for each $1,000 or part of it, never less than $5 or more than $64, shown in your quote.
What is the cheapest way to cash out?
A bank transfer at 1%: SEPA, ACH, Wise, Chime, Revolut, Monzo or N26. For the smallest network cost, send Solana or XRP. To compare us with exchanges, P2P and ATMs, see the cheapest way to cash out crypto.
Is there a minimum or maximum?
Orders start at $50 for gift cards, phone credit and Chime, and at $100 for most payouts; SEPA and Wise start at $500 and ACH at $1,000. The most per order is $15,000, by SEPA, ACH or Wise, and $5,000 on the virtual card. For more, contact support before you send.
