What does Zilligo do?
It turns your crypto into money you can spend. You pick one of 22 payouts, such as PayPal, a bank transfer, a gift card, a virtual Visa, phone credit or cash pickup, send your coins, and we pay out.
Who runs Zilligo?
Zilligo Payments LTD, a payments company registered in Mauritius under file C215482 and operating since 2024.
Do I have to register?
Yes, a free account is needed to place an order. It takes about a minute and asks for no email and no ID: you pick a handle, then save the 4-word sign-in key and the recovery code we show you. The account keeps your order history and saved payout details in one place, and you can add an email later in Profile to get order updates.
Do you ask for ID documents?
Identity documents are not part of our standard service. Every order is still checked by a person on our team, and some payout providers run their own checks on the receiving account.
Can I use Zilligo from my country?
It depends on where the money goes more than where you are. The virtual Visa, gift cards and wallets like Skrill work in most places, while ACH is for US banks and SEPA for European ones. Our country guides show what works best where you live.
Which coins can I send?
Seven: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, BNB, Solana, XRP and Monero. Each has its own page with the networks and address formats we accept.
Which network should I pick for USDT?
TRC-20 on Tron is steady and widely supported, usually about $2 to $4 in network cost. ERC-20 on Ethereum often costs less when the network is quiet, but check your wallet's fee first. USDT on any other chain, such as BNB Smart Chain or Solana, is not accepted and can be lost.
Can I send straight from an exchange?
Yes. Just check that the amount leaving the exchange, after its own withdrawal fee, matches the amount on your order page, and that you pick the same network.
Can I reuse the deposit address?
No. Each order gets its own one-time address. Always send to the address on your current order page, never to one you used before.
Why does XRP need a destination tag?
XRP deposits share one address, and the tag tells us which order the coins belong to. Without it your XRP still arrives, but matching it takes a support request.
When will my money arrive?
Add two times together: your coin's confirmations, from seconds to about 30 minutes, and the payout's own speed. Wallets and gift cards usually land within minutes, bank transfers within 1 to 2 business days.
Can I send the payout to someone else?
Yes. Many people top up a relative's phone, send cash pickup to family or buy a gift card as a present. Check the details twice, because a finished payout cannot be pulled back.
Can you pay to a local bank in Nigeria, India or Kenya?
Not yet. Bank payouts today are SEPA for Europe and ACH for the US. Local banks in more countries are planned, and until then wallets, phone credit and cash pickup cover most needs.
Which payout is fastest?
Wallets such as PayPal, Skrill and Neteller, gift cards, phone credit and the virtual Visa usually complete within minutes of your coins confirming.
Does the fee change with the amount?
Our fee does not. Each payout has one fixed percentage, from 1% to 2%, whether you cash out $100 or $5,000. Two extras are separate: Western Union and MoneyGram's transfer cost, between $5 and $64, and a $10 issuing fee on your first virtual Visa. Both show in your quote.
Why is the amount to send a little higher than what I receive?
Because our fee is added on top, so the payout you asked for arrives in full. The quote shows both numbers before you send anything.
What is the smallest and largest order?
Gift cards, phone credit and Chime start at $50, and most other payouts at $100. Most go up to $5,000 per order, including the virtual Visa; SEPA, ACH and Wise go up to $15,000, from a $500 or $1,000 minimum.
Can I get a higher limit?
For larger orders, contact support before you send. We look at them case by case.
Is Zilligo safe to use?
Your rate and amount are fixed before you send, a person on our team checks every order, and we act as a payment bridge, so we do not hold your funds beyond the order itself.
What information do you keep?
Order records: amounts, destinations, times and transaction references, kept for 5 years as the law requires. Your free account holds your handle and nickname, your sign-in key and recovery code only as hashes that cannot be read back, and an email, phone number or country only if you add them in Profile, plus a record of each sign-in (IP address and browser), the devices you use and any payout details you save. All of this is deleted with the account, and old sign-in records and long-unused devices sooner. Identity documents are not part of the standard service.
Can an order be refused?
Yes. We cancel orders linked to fraud, scams, stolen funds, sanctions evasion or anything else illegal, and report them where the law requires.
How do I avoid fake Zilligo sites and accounts?
Only use zilligo.com, and only send to the address on your own order page. Nobody from Zilligo will ask for your wallet password, seed phrase or remote access to your device.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as you have not sent your crypto yet. Contact support with your order reference straight away.
I sent more than the order asked for.
The extra is credited to your next order. If you would rather have it back, ask support to arrange a return.
My order failed. Do I lose my money?
No. If an order fails because of an error on our side, we either deliver it again or refund the full crypto amount.
How are refunds paid?
In the same coin you sent, to a wallet address you give us, minus the network fee. Refunds are processed within 24 to 72 hours of approval.
I closed my order page. How do I find it?
Sign in to your account and open Orders, where every order is saved. If you added an email, the link in your order email also reopens it. If that fails, message support with your order reference or the transaction hash.
