1.Acceptance of terms
By accessing Zilligo, creating an order, using the order page, or contacting support, the user agrees to these terms. Users who do not agree should not use the platform.
2.Services
Zilligo provides crypto payment services including cashout app transfers, bank rails, virtual cards, gift cards, and mobile top-ups. Services are designed to pay out as fast as the receiving rail allows, but blockchain confirmations and third-party payment systems can affect timing.
3.Fees and order limits
Each service has its own minimum and maximum order, from a $50 minimum on gift cards, phone credit and Chime up to a $15,000 maximum on SEPA, ACH and Wise, as listed on the limits page. Zilligo service fees are structured from 1% to 2% depending on the service, route, payment rail, liquidity, operational complexity, and risk. Where a service carries a third-party or issuing cost, it is shown as its own line. Fees are shown in the quote before the user sends crypto.
4.Crypto payments
Users must send the exact crypto amount to the address shown and must use the correct network. Sending the wrong coin, wrong network, insufficient amount, late payment, or payment from a restricted source can delay or prevent processing.
5.No investment advice
Zilligo does not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Content on the website is educational and operational. Users should make their own decisions and consult professionals when needed.
6.Virtual cards
Zilligo offers Bronze and Silver virtual card levels: Bronze for loads from $100 to $1,000 and Silver for loads from $1,001 to $5,000. A virtual card may support loads up to $5,000 per order depending on availability, compliance screening, funding, third-party card issuing capacity, and operational approval.
7.User obligations
Users must not use Zilligo for fraud, scams, sanctions evasion, stolen funds, malware proceeds, illegal goods, identity abuse, or activity prohibited by applicable law. Zilligo may refuse, delay, cancel, or review orders when risk indicators appear.
8.Order finality
Blockchain payments are generally irreversible. Once an order is processed, refunds may not be possible unless Zilligo can safely reverse the destination payment and reconcile the crypto value. Network fees, volatility, and third-party fees may affect refunds.
9.Availability
Zilligo may modify services, limits, fees, accepted coins, networks, card tiers, regions, or processing rules at any time. Some routes may be unavailable during liquidity shortages, network congestion, maintenance, or third-party outages.
10.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zilligo is not responsible for losses caused by user error, wrong network transfers, incorrect destination details, wallet compromise, third-party outages, blockchain congestion, exchange withdrawal issues, or unlawful use.
11.Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page. Users should include the order ID when asking about an order.
