1.Before sending crypto
You may cancel any order before broadcasting your crypto transaction. Contact support with your Order ID immediately.
2.After sending crypto
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Once we confirm receipt and process your order, the transaction is final.
3.Failed or delayed orders
If your order fails due to an error on our side, we will redeliver or refund the full crypto amount. Contact support with your Order ID and transaction hash.
4.Refund method
Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency received, to a wallet address you provide, minus any blockchain network fees.
5.Overpayments
If you send more crypto than required, the excess is credited to your next order. Contact support to apply the credit or arrange a return.
6.Timeframe
Refunds are processed within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Actual arrival depends on blockchain network speed.

For any refund request, contact support through the Contact page. Include your Order ID and transaction hash.
