Inside a Zilligo cashout, step by step.
What happens from the moment you choose a payout to the moment the money lands, including the rate lock, confirmations and what to do if something goes differently.
The five steps
From your coins to your money
Set up your free account once, then the same four steps for every coin and every payout. Most people are done in a few minutes.
- 1
Create your free account
Pick a handle, then save the 4-word sign-in key and the recovery code we show you once. No email and no ID. It takes about a minute, and you only do it once.
- Set up in a minute
- Free to create
- Keeps your order history

Choose how you want to be paid
Pick one of 22 payouts, from PayPal and bank transfers to gift cards, a virtual Visa, phone credit or cash pickup. Then choose your coin and the amount you want to receive.

- Saved for next time if you like
- Never your PayPal or bank password

Send the exact amount
Your order page shows one fresh address, the coin, the network and the exact amount. Your rate is locked for 20 minutes while you send it from any wallet or exchange.
- One-time address and QR code
- Rate locked for 20 minutes
- Destination tag shown for XRP
- 5
We confirm, then pay you
Once your coins reach the network and confirm, we send your payout automatically. The status on your order page updates from sending to confirming to paid.
- Automatic payout
- Live status
- Printable receipt
The rate lock
Your price is fixed for 20 minutes
Crypto prices move every second. To make sure you get exactly what you saw, we lock your rate when you create the order and give you 20 minutes to send.
Send within that window and the payout is the amount shown, even if the price moves while your coins confirm. If the timer runs out before you send, start a new order for a fresh rate. A payment that arrives late is recalculated at the rate when we confirm it.
Tip: have your wallet or exchange open before you create the order, so the 20 minutes are plenty.

What each status on your order page means

When things go differently
What happens if you are late or make a mistake
Most slips can be fixed. Here is what to do in the four most common cases.
The 20 minutes run out
The order shows Expired. If you haven't sent yet, start a new order for a new rate. If you already sent, add the transaction ID on the order page and we check it.
You send the wrong coin or network
Coins sent on another network can be lost. Contact support straight away with your order reference and transaction ID.
You send a different amount
Message support with your order reference. We check exactly what arrived and explain your options.
You forget the XRP destination tag
Your XRP still arrives, but we cannot match it automatically. Contact support with the transaction hash.
Staying safe
Four things we will never ask you for
If anyone claiming to be Zilligo asks for these, it is not us. Stop and contact support.
Your passwords
Not for PayPal, your bank, your wallet or anything else.
Your seed phrase or private keys
No real service ever needs them. Anyone asking is a scammer.
Remote access to your device
We will never ask you to install software or share your screen.
Payment to a different address
Only send to the address on your own order page, never one sent by message.
How does Zilligo work?
You choose a payout and amount, add the payout details, then send the exact crypto amount to the one-time address on your order page. Once it confirms, we pay you automatically.
How long is my rate locked?
20 minutes from when you create the order. If the time runs out before you send, start a new order. A payment that arrives late is recalculated at the rate when we confirm it.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free one, set up in a minute: you pick a handle and save your sign-in key and recovery code, with no email and no ID. Your account and your order page then let you follow every cashout.
How do I track my order?
Your order page shows a live status and your order reference. Keep the reference, then sign in and open Orders to find the page again. If you added an email, the link in your emails works too.
How long does the whole thing take?
Your coin's confirmation time plus the payout's own time. Wallets and gift cards usually land within minutes, bank transfers within hours to 2 business days.
What if something goes wrong?
Contact support with your order reference and transaction ID. Most issues, like a wrong amount or a missing tag, can be sorted out.
