USDC and other stablecoins
USDC, DAI and other stablecoins are not accepted. Swap to USDT on Tron or Ethereum first.
USDT on BNB Chain, Solana or Polygon
USDT is accepted on TRC-20 and ERC-20 only.
ETH on layer 2 networks
ETH on Arbitrum, Optimism, Base or zkSync will not reach your order. Use Ethereum mainnet.
Bitcoin over Lightning
We accept on-chain Bitcoin only.
Other coins
Dogecoin, Litecoin, Cardano, TRON (TRX) and other coins are not accepted at the moment.

Which cryptocurrencies can I cash out?

Which coin is best to cash out?
The one you already hold, sent on its cheapest accepted network. If you can choose, USDT keeps its dollar value while it confirms, and Solana and XRP confirm in under a minute for a fraction of a cent.
Which coin is fastest?
Solana, XRP and BNB confirm in under a minute. USDT on Tron takes 1 to 3 minutes, Ethereum 1 to 5, Bitcoin 10 to 30 and Monero about 20.
Can I cash out USDC?
Not at the moment. Swap USDC to USDT on Tron or Ethereum in your wallet or exchange, then cash out.
What happens if I send an unsupported coin or network?
It will not be credited to your order automatically. Contact support straight away with your order reference and transaction ID.
