Avoid a failed pickup
Spelling decides the pickup
A name that differs from the ID, by one letter or a missing middle name, can stop the payout at the counter.
Check the agent's hours
Same day only helps if the location near your family is open. Look it up before you send.
Use a top-up for phone costs
If the money would go on airtime anyway, a top-up saves a trip to an agent and costs 1% instead of 1.5% plus the transfer cost.
Does the person receiving need a bank account?
No. A cash pickup needs a valid photo ID and the transfer number. A top-up needs only the phone number.
What does it cost to send?
1.5% for Western Union and MoneyGram, plus their transfer cost: 1% for each $1,000 or part of it, at least $5 and at most $64, so $5 on $200. A phone top-up is 1%. Your coin's network fee is separate. On $200 of cash sent as USDT on Tron, our fee is $3, the transfer cost $5, and the network usually adds about $2 to $4.
